We can't afford a lawyer since we spent all our money on new shoes, but I can't think of anything more complicated than this:

  1. We won't share your private info (including email address) with third parties without your consent. However, if you choose to display your name and email other users will be able to see that info.
  2. You won't upload photos that you don't have permission to

(a) consent to those images being displayed and used on this web site, including, but not limited to, other users' Scrapbooks and Top Looks sections; or (b) warrant to us that you have the permission of the owner of the image to display and use that image on this web site, including, but not limited to, use on other users' Scrapbooks and Top Looks sections.
  4. You won't break any laws, such as (but not limited to) copyright and defamation laws, while using this web site or in connection with your use of this web site.
  5. You use this web site at your own risk and we assume no liability whatsoever in relation to your use of this web site.
  6. You won't use any of the content on this site for commercial purposes.
  7. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice to you.
  8. We reserve the right to buy a new pair of shoes instead of paying a lawyer for half an hour.
